PROGRAMS
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Adults and kids classes are taught and graded with IBJJF standards. Our curriculum encompasses takedowns, domination on the ground, throws, all forms of strangulations and asphyxiations, and joint manipulations. We have both Gi (fighting uniform) and No gi classes (just shorts and T-shirt).
Kickboxing

Sanda (Wushu Sanda), Chinese boxing or Chinese kickboxing, is a Chinese self-defense system and combat sport. A recognized Olympic Sport Wushu Sanshou is a martial art which was originally developed by the Chinese military based upon the study and practices of traditional Kung fu and modern combat fighting techniques; it combines full-contact kickboxing, which includes close range and rapid successive punches and kicks, with wrestling, takedowns, throws, sweeps, kick catches, and in some competitions, even elbow and knee strikes.
Wrestling
Our wrestling program is Freestyle wrestling Olympic Wrestling where you can make contact with the entire body (Roman-Greco is waist and up only). The goal is to pin your opponent’s shoulders to the mat. This class, like all our other classes, is beginner-friendly. This is a Adult program but is open to youth
Judo
A recognized Olympic sport, Judo is a grappling art that emphasizes throwing and ground work. This class follows the traditional structure envisioned by Jigaro Kano and is a great class for all levels.
Kids / Youth Brazilian Jiujitsu
We currently have two classes dependent on age range: 8-9 year olds and 10-Teen. This is a very popular class for teaching life skills such as respect, discipline, listening, self-esteem, and teamwork.
